Spiro was my late mother Janina's maiden name. Although she passed away at a young age, I can remember waking up every morning to the aroma of her brewing a fresh coffee in a briki. She is the inspiration behind the Spiro brand and through the aroma and taste of our coffee, her legacy continues and will never be forgotten. Moroccan Coffee
Finely ground and dark roasted to cater to the Arabic coffee drinker's palate, this blend of premium beans is smooth to the last drop. Try adding cardamom, cinnamon or sesame seeds to spice up your cup.
Turkish Coffee
Originally introduced in Yemen, our Turkish blend is a very fine grind roasted to a medium roast using choice quality beans. Should you wish to, add cardamom or cinnamon to this fine blend.
Greek Coffee
A very fine grind roasted light in colour using some of the best beans available. It is said that the longer than average life expectancy on the Greek island of Ikaria can be partially attributed to their high consumption of Greek coffee.
